Clarendon Family Dentistry is a provider for Delta Dental Premier, but we accept most dental insurance. Our team will gladly file your claims on your behalf, and you receive the maximum benefit you're entitled to. If needed, we will also provide x-rays and written diagnostic reports to support your insurance claims.

Unless you have made other arrangements in advance, we require co-payment at the time of service.

If there is a balance remaining after we receive your insurance company payment, we will provide a billing statement for the remainder.
