Our team will gladly file your claims on your behalf, and you receive the maximum benefit you're entitled to. If needed, we will also provide x-rays and written diagnostic reports to support your insurance claims.
Unless you have made other arrangements in advance, we require co-payment at the time of service.
If there is a balance remaining after we receive your insurance company payment, we will provide a billing statement for the remainder.
