Unless other arrangements are made in advance, we require co-payment at the time of service.
Our office participates with Delta Dental Premier. We accept most dental insurances and we are happy to file your insurance claims for you to help you receive maximum benefits.
We will also provide x-rays and written diagnostic reports for your insurance claims if needed.
In the event of a remaining balance after your insurance company payment, you will receive a billing statement for the remainder of your balance.
